SUBMIT BLOG
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- The Fine Print Forum invites blog submissions on a rolling basis concerning Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), Corporate & Commercial laws, Insurance, Banking & Finance, Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and related areas. Submissions should demonstrate original thought, critical analysis, and relevance to current legal developments while maintaining accessibility to a diverse readership.

Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors. To preserve the integrity of our double-blind peer review process, the manuscript and file name must not contain any identifying information, including the name(s), institutional affiliation(s), or contact details of the author(s).

Submissions must be original and unpublished. Any form of plagiarism or academic misconduct will result in disqualification from publication.

The suggested word count for submissions is between 1000 and 1400 words, exclusive of endnotes. Manuscripts exceeding this limit may be considered for serial publication, subject to the discretion of the Editorial Board.

All references must be incorporated as hyperlinks within the main body of the text. Where hyperlinks are unavailable, endnotes may be used sparingly. The use of footnotes or descriptive (speaking) endnotes is discouraged.
STYLING GUIDELINES
- The Title of the blog and the Heading should consist of 8 to 12 words.
- It must be formatted in Garamond, size 16, all caps.
- The Sub-Headings shall be formatted in Garamond, size 14, all caps.
- The main text should be in Garamond, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and a single line break between paragraphs.
- Submissions must be made in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- The filename should correspond to the title of the post and must not include any author-identifying details.
EDITORIAL POLICY

The Editorial Board retains complete discretion regarding the acceptance or rejection of all submitted manuscripts.

The Board does not provide advance opinions on abstracts, outlines, or topic proposals. All editorial decisions are based solely on review of the final manuscript.

Following preliminary acceptance, the manuscript may be returned to the author(s) with suggestions relating to content, structure, or style. Final acceptance is contingent upon the satisfactory incorporation of these suggestions.

Upon publication, copyright in the work shall vest in The Fine Print Forum. However, moral rights shall remain with the author(s).

Submissions must be exclusive. Manuscripts that are simultaneously submitted to or published on other platforms will not be considered.
REVIEW PROCESS

All manuscripts will be subject to a double-blind peer review. The review process may take up to 9 days, though the Editorial Board will endeavor to respond sooner where possible.

Authors will be notified directly of the Board’s decision regarding acceptance. In cases where editorial suggestions are made, authors are expected to incorporate the revisions in good faith and respond to minor formatting or stylistic changes, including post-revision edits, if required.
